Production & Lead Times
Every part is built to order, so nothing ships from a shelf. Most components take 3–5 weeks to manufacture depending on finish, material and volume; oversized body panels can take longer. Your production window and delivery estimate are confirmed in writing before the build starts — tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the package.
Freight Items
Oversized parts such as bumpers, hoods, and roll cages ship by LTL freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window — please make sure the receiving address can accept a truck, and that someone is available to receive it.
Freight delivery is curbside by default. Liftgate service may be available on request.
Transit Times
| Destination | Method | Typical Transit |
|---|---|---|
| Contiguous US (small parts) | UPS / FedEx / USPS | 2–6 business days |
| Contiguous US (oversized) | LTL freight | 5–10 business days |
| Canada | UPS / FedEx / USPS | 5–12 business days |
Transit times are counted after production is complete, not from the order date.
Custom Parts & Returns
Because every part is made specifically for your vehicle and specification, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please confirm fitment (or send us your VIN) before you approve the build, and inspect the part before installation.
We do stand behind what we make. If any of the following happens, it is on us and we will replace or refund the item at our cost:
- Manufacturing defect — the part fails because of how it was made or the material used.
- Wrong part shipped — the item does not match the approved specification.
- Transit damage — the part arrives damaged or a finish defect is present on delivery.
Report any of these within 7 days of delivery with photos of the part and its packaging, and we will arrange the replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
