How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?
Use the fitment checker at the top of every product page — enter your year, make, and model. If you are still unsure, send us your VIN and we will confirm before you order.
Do you make parts for vehicles not listed on the site?
Yes. We tool custom parts regularly. Send us your platform and requirement through the RFQ form.
Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Every part is built to order, so shipping follows production. Most components take 3–5 weeks to manufacture, then transit time on top. We confirm your exact production and delivery window in writing before the build starts.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Canadian orders may be subject to GST/HST and brokerage fees on delivery.
My part is oversized — how does freight work?
Bumpers, hoods, and similar items ship by LTL freight. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please make sure someone can receive a truck.
Wholesale
What is your minimum order for wholesale?
MOQ varies by part. Existing catalog items usually start lower than custom tooling. Tell us the part and volume and we will confirm.
Can you manufacture from my drawings?
Yes — that is our ODM service. Send drawings, samples, or reference photos with your RFQ and we will come back with feasibility, tooling cost, and lead time.
How long does a quote take?
We respond within 1 business day. Our office runs on China Standard Time (UTC+8), which is the evening in North America — so most enquiries are answered before your next business day starts.
Warranty & Returns
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects — the way the part was made and the material used. It does not cover improper installation, collision damage, normal wear, or modifications made to the part after delivery. Contact us with photos and we will replace or refund anything that is on us.
Can I return a part?
Custom parts are built to your specification, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns — please confirm fitment (or send your VIN) before the build starts. If the part has a manufacturing defect, is not what you approved, or arrives damaged, we replace or refund it at our cost: report it within 7 days of delivery with photos.
